Need some high quality, handcrafted jewelry?  Meet your new bestfriend, Afterpay!  Jewelry Afterpay is a service that allows you to make your purchase now and pay for it later.  Your purchase will be broken down into 4 smaller, interest free payments.  You will make 1 payment every 2 weeks.  It's like lay-by only better  because you get your unique jewellery immediately.  Jewelry Afterpay is available in USA, UK, New Zealand and Australia.  Interest free. No minimum spend in Australia or New Zealand. There is a minimum spend of $35 in the U.S.

How do I Afterpay Jewelry?

Shop www.velvetrascal.com online jewelry store and check out as usual.  All you'll need to do is select Afterpay as your payment method on the checkout page.  You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account.  If you have not used afterpay you will need to register and account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!

Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000.

How does the Afterpay schedule work?

You will need to make your first payment when you purchase your wearable art.  The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and approved at time of order.   The remaining three payments will be deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method.  The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase. If you would like to make an additional unscheduled payment, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.  You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

When will my items be delivered if I use Jewelry Afterpay?

Afterpay jewelry orders are treated the exact same as non afterpay orders.  They will be shipped within the same timeframe as any other order from Velvet Rascal.  Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.

Is there a limit on how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, your bag value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay on www.velvetrascal.com.

Can I use a discount code on my payment with Afterpay?

Yes, you may apply a Velvet Rascal discount code to your order before you checkout and complete your payment using Afterpay. 

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?

Afterpay jewelry returns follow our standard return process. Please refer to Velvet Rascal’s return Policy in order to process a return.

Please note, refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from Velvet Rascal to Afterpay.  An exchange or cash refund cannot be provided.  As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Afterpay online account. Have more questions about Afterpay returns? Go to help.afterpay.com.
