Processing A Return

Please contact Velvet Rascal by email within 30 days of purchase.

In order to process a return, please email  info@velvetrascal.com

• Original Order Reference Number
• Date of Purchase
• Items to be returned for refund, exchange or credit note
• State the reason for return
• State your preference of refund, exchange or credit note
 

Velvet Rascal cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we require returning the parcel using a registered postal service with tracking.


Velvet Rascal cannot be held liable for the cost of return shipping.


*We recommend mailing your jewelry back in a small box or padded envelope to promote a safer delivery! If you're sending jewelry back in regular letter envelope, make sure you wrap it up in bubble wrap, tissue paper, etc first. 


All custom pieces and sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.
